Welcome to AfriDash. By placing an order through afridash.ca, you agree to these terms. AfriDash is a delivery service that brings food & goods from partner African food stores & grocers to customers across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, British Columbia.

Placing an order

You order through a seller's AfriDash link and provide accurate delivery details (name, phone, address).
The cost of the items is set by, and paid to, the seller. AfriDash charges a delivery fee plus a flat $5 handling fee, based on your delivery zone.

Payment

The delivery fee is paid by Interac e-transfer to admin@afridash.ca, using your order number as the reference.
Your order is scheduled for delivery once we confirm your payment. Until then it stays in "payment verification".

Delivery

Delivery fees and areas are shown by zone at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with traffic, weather, and store readiness.
Please be reachable at the phone number provided and able to receive your order at the address given.

Cancellations & refunds

If you need to cancel or there's a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible at admin@afridash.ca or 236-877-6242. We review refund requests case by case; delivery fees may be non-refundable once a driver has been dispatched.

Sellers and drivers

Sellers and delivery drivers work with AfriDash under separate agreements. Drivers are independent contractors responsible for their own vehicles, insurance, and lawful, safe driving.

Acceptable use

Please use AfriDash honestly and lawfully. We may decline or cancel orders we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or outside our delivery area.

Limitation of liability

AfriDash provides the service with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the delivery fee you paid for that order. We are not responsible for the quality of the items themselves, which are provided by the seller.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
