How AfriDash order tracking works

Every AfriDash delivery moves through four stages, and this page shows you exactly where yours is — live. Enter your order number (it looks like AFD-XXXXXX) and the phone number you used at checkout. No app, no account, no login needed.

1. Order received — we have your order and delivery details.
2. Payment confirmed — we've matched your Interac e-transfer and confirmed with your seller.
3. Driver on the way — your driver has picked up from the seller and is heading to you.
4. Delivered — carried right to your entrance across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Tracking FAQ

Where's my order number? It's in your confirmation message from AfriDash, in the format AFD-XXXXXX.

Why is it still on "payment confirmed"? A driver is being dispatched. On flexible-delivery orders we group nearby drop-offs, so timing can run a little later.
